Unemployment and crashed GDP -is the government sole responsible ?

 Lets talk about some truth here,which from some days we didn't got from our electronic media .today most popping and hot topic in our country is crashed GDP(gross domestic product) and unemployment of our country.if you didn't know what's GDP exactly is? then for you ,GDP is the final value of the goods and services produced within the geographical boundaries of a country during a specified time interval ,normally a year.but , i have to mention here this is all after drugs(PS-according to our media) .unemployment and crashed GDP or we can also called it dug GDP,must be an important topic for our country .electronic media should understand this. but, why would they ?although they are making good TRP and millions from drugs. i mean to say from  drugs headlines.  

Now returned to topic fall in GDP and unemployment is generally occur due to disaster conditions caused by the Corona pandemic to our country .condition is such critical that we are waving at 2nd position in number of cases all over the country till dated now .even which is not ever possible in an Olympics medal table (meant waving at 2nd position ).hope in 2021 India will do better.

CAUSE OF UNEMPLOYMENT

Due to pandemic many companies had removed their half of employ's from their respected jobs ,due to facing loss in their profit and business which is caused due to economic strike which is linked to corona pandemic.we can consider many sectors as an example like many IT forms had already did this and production units (cycles,cars,etc).even some of them had stopped their production for undefined time interval.so the people who were working here lost their jobs.

alright, this is the case of those people who were already working or even had a job.but now discuss about some youth or upcoming young blood ,who deemed to have a job.they were also facing only unemployment because the government is unable to produce an such amount of jobs which needed in our country.even they are delaying one like group C,D ,railways ,etc.every year lac's of aspirants appears for these examinations and if they delayed the joining ,so think how the density and burden would increase for same job next year.

DYING GDP OF COUNTRY 

Pandemic had caused losses for almost every country across the globe,either in form of loss of peoples or in form of dying economy and for some both like America.In India pandemic hits the economical structure badly and  as a developing country, for India it is very difficult to come out from this mess in a short interval of time. we can say that our country has pushed back 10 years in growth due to this pandemic.

GDP rate is directly depends on the production units and businesses which  boost's any country's economy and for any developing country it is more important that in there the small businesses or MSME's bloomed greatly.but this pandemic has directly broke the MSME sector because , these are the businesses with very low budget . they are in a great number all across the country and provides maximum employment to the people across country.

companies like TATA , Birla , Reliance industries ,etc may be the giant names in business in country even having a turnover of thousands of crores but the truth is they didn't help much in boosting GDP of country .but , these MSME,s helps in boost of  GDP,ever they have  turnover of lac rupees only it doesn't matter.so, due to pandemic the MSME sector was  destroyed due to not having so much deposit to boost up their business and able to pay their employ's in this condition of economical strike and where market is completely slow down or even stopped .because, people are not willing to purchase .they prefer to go only for essentials in this pandemic .

so that's why in this pandemic our country's economical growth slips 23.9% until. that's really terrifying.and on a serious note this proves government of India completely fails in stabilizing the growth rate in this difficult situation .

WHAT'S OUR ROLE IN ALL OF THAT?

For all this mess ,not only the government is sole responsible we are also a part of that.

today lets talk about Engineer's.every parents wants to make their child an engineer or a doctor and if unable to do that than other profession but for this too you have to go first through civil exam may be you crack! this is the  thinking of Indian parents.due to this today according to report of employ ability 80 percent of engineers in India are unskilled or didn't approve the technical abilities required for a technical job.this is the major cause of unemployment of engineers in India.

      Now talk about other job aspirants in country .literally everyone in India want's a government job .its same like as a dream of everyone to be a millionaire .no one wants to work in private sectors.but government job for everyone in country of 138 crores peoples in real is not possible and I don't know about parallel universe. but here this is impossible .so,here i am discussing role of ours in decrement or may be slow growth of GDP in our country .we don't want to work in private forums ,which are the sole booster of our GDP as i mentioned before .we didn't want to take risk's and want a smooth carrier . a few people only take interest to have their own startup's .most of peoples didn't take interest in this because it has an risk of loss of  invested money and time you invested in that. but ,this would happen when your startup idea is not so productive and convenient , for having an great idea you have to give you some time and knowledge about business and both are available at private sector companies .you get their plenty of knowledge of work and management there.

Here people have to understand that even TATA,Reliance like industries also doesn't become a million dollar companies in one day. they also have taken the risk of starting up the company and even they also have invested their money and time here.I am not declining that their is no chance of being failed of them in their investments ,but the fact is that they even tried it and rest is the history .I think here is the most important thing that they never  let them to be depend only on the course of government job. they may be tried ,not get and they moved on . they may also spend their life as an ordinary government employ,of having an ordinary life style of being no luxury ,but a life free of any risks.but they decided to become a job creator not a needy of that job . and believe me ,our country needs a huge number this kinds of persons who dare to take risk and decide to being a job provider not an needy of that job.because this will provide lots of employment in our country and helps in filling that big void of  jobs and helps in removing the unemployment in our country.

Here i am mentioning one more thing that ,I am not opposing your approach towards government jobs. I am only convincing you to ask a question from your inner sole that, you are worthy for this or not ?and have an honest opinion.if your inner sole replies with no then stop wasting your time on that.its not only making you unemployed but also affecting country growth rate .
